Meet the Team

We are a team of dedicated well-being professionals who have been on our own journeys of recovery. We believe that all people would benefit from having an amazing support team on hand to help with recovery, but not everyone has that available to them at home.

We have put together a programme to help you to help yourself recover in a mind, body, and soul approach.

In simple terms, The Fern Programme is a full support package designed with you, involving:

 Mindset coaching

 Physical reconditioning

Yoga, Breathe work and deep restorative rest.

The Team:

Suzy works with Ross Cooper, a personal trainer with whom she teaches on their general wellbeing platform, 360mindbodysoul.

The pair have been co-teaching the online group, Recovery classes weekly in their Rest, Repair, Recover programme, since September 2020.

Ross too has experienced the rollercoaster ride of recovery from Long Covid and works to manage CFS in his daily life.  He knows all about pacing and the perils of pushing through, and the Fern Programme content has been hugely influenced by his Covid journey, making him the lead in developing the all-important reconditioning exercises for our clients.

We also are very lucky to work with Caroline Phipps, a Yoga teacher with Trauma-informed training who specialises in gentle restorative work and has supported the large group work that 360mindbodysoul offer through their Rest, Repair, Recover programme.

Caroline's Breathe class is one of the most popular classes on the timetable and is a real gift for the mind and body.

Richard Husseiny is a breath work expert and high performance sports coach.  Richard now works coaching sports coaches alongside delivering a weekly breath work programme for cancer patients at the Macmillan Horizon Centre in Brighton, UK.  Richard was diagnosed with Hashimotos, an auto immune disease in 2017 and has been focussing on healing the immune dis-regulation using mind body methods.

Suzy Bolt, Founder

Suzy is the founder of 360mindbodysoul and The Fern Programme.  She qualified as an Iyengar Yoga Teacher  in her 20's and loves building community with her work. She has worked as a coach, facilitator and trainer for two decades helping people remove limiting beliefs and improve all aspects of their lives.

Suzy is also an NLP Master Practitioner, level 3 counselling trained, studying for a Diploma in Lifestyle medicine and is an Insights Discovery coach. She now specialises in recovery and well-being in all of her work. In 2020 she set up 360mindbodysoul and the RRR programme and in 2021 established what is now the Fern Programme.

Ross Cooper

Ross is a fully qualified Personal Trainer working with a wide range of clients.  He was teaching Suzy to box at her gym in 2020 prior to the pandemic and got along so well that when lockdown began, they joined forces and Suzy invited him to teach with her online.  The 360mindbodysoul platform has developed from there.  He works with anyone, of any age to help them achieve their fitness goals, whatever they may be.

He started out as a sportsman, trained in boxing in Mexico and has discovered the joy of Personal Training in the last 5 years.  He is enjoying the challenge of working with the 360mindbodysoul community remotely and seeing everyone giving it their all.

Ross is at his happiest watching people transform through exercise. His own experience of long covid/CFS and his gentle, encouraging nature, make him the perfect person to lead the physical rehabilitation on our Rest, Repair, Recover programme.

Caroline Phipps

Caroline is a trauma-informed yoga teacher who has been practising yoga for 25 years.

She has accumulated over 1000 hours of training initially completing her three-year Hatha yoga qualification with Yoga Scotland. She has furthered her knowledge by completing training in Yin Yoga, Menopause Yoga and a 100hr Yoga Teacher Training in Trauma-Informed Yoga & Embodied Social Change. She incorporates all of this in her teaching alongside somatic movement drawn from Feldenkrais and is influenced by other teachers she has also studied with Donna Farhi, Tom Myers, Dianne Bondy and Matthew Remski.

She is one half of The Menopause Sisters with her sister, a GP, facilitating workshops and collaborating with workplaces to inform women and help empower them. They also host their UK Health Radio show together. Caroline believes 'Yoga teaches us through interoception, to truly listen to our bodies and offer ourselves what will best serve us at that moment.

Richard Husseiny

For over 16 years Richard worked as a high performance sports coach with some of the worlds top athletes, supporting teams for two Summer Olympic Games in 2012 and in 2016 and the Winter Olympics in 2018.   During this time Richard gave end-of-life care to his mother which left him emotionally exhausted but profoundly changed his life.

Following on from this he navigated his own health challenges with the diagnosis of an autoimmune disease called Hashimotos.  This diagnosis took him on a journey of discovery, learning more deeply about what helps us to heal.

He trained in Yoga, breath work (with NIcola Price, Brian McKenzie and Dr Joe Dispenza) and meditation and now specialises in working with and supporting  high performance sports coaches.  He also works with the Mcamillan Horizon Cancer support centre in Brighton running weekly breath classes.
